PSALM of Jesus Christ( 131 )
 


1 LORD, my heart is not haughty, 
nor mine eyes lofty:
 neither do I exercise myself in great matters,
 or in things too high for me.
2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself,
 as a child that is weaned of his mother:
 my soul is even as a weaned child.
3 Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever
 


The purpose of the covenant to Israel is 
in the Lord's plan of the Lord's salvation 
of man.
The Lord moves forward His plan
regardless man's plans.
Since the Fall of Adam and Eve ,
the Lord has a plan to redeem man.
The Lord has a plan for man's salvation.
The Lord provided a blood  substitute 
for man. 
Christ paid the death penalty for man's
sin at the cross. Christ paid for your
penalty of your sin with His precious blood.
Whosoever believes in Christ shall not
perish but have everlasting life.

 The Lord has remembered his covenant for ever, 
the word which he commanded to a thousand 
generations,
 Which covenant He made with Abraham, 
and His oath unto Isaac;
 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, 
and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:
 Saying, Unto you will I give the land of Canaan,
 the lot of your  inheritance:
The covenant with Abraham, and   Israel
are part of the Lord's  plan to redeem man
since the fall of Adam and Eve.
The Lord has a plan for the salvation of man.

 Let the house of Aaron now say,
 that his mercy endures for ever.
To enjoy the mercy of the Lord 
for ever , they have to believe in
Christ. Whoever believes in Christ
shall not perish but have everlasting 
life.
